How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages the subscription, not us. Canceling takes the same few taps as subscribing. On your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Whenwise, Cancel. Or use “Manage or cancel subscription” in Whenwise's Settings tab, which opens the same place. Cancel a free trial before it ends and you won't be charged.
Why are your numbers different from my SSA statement?
Probably because Whenwise is estimating your earnings history from what you told it, while your statement uses your actual year-by-year record. Import the statement file and Whenwise switches to SSA's exact numbers. Small differences can remain because SSA's statement assumes you keep working at recent earnings.
How do I import my Social Security statement?
Sign in at ssa.gov/myaccount and download your statement data as an XML file (“Download Statement Data”). Then, in Whenwise, open Tools and choose Import statement. The file is read entirely on your iPhone and never leaves it.
How do I actually sign up for Social Security when I've decided?
Whenwise helps you choose; Social Security handles the paperwork. You can apply up to four months before you want checks to start: online at ssa.gov/apply, by phone at 800-772-1213, or at a local office. Nothing in Whenwise files anything with SSA.
